In regard to our pancake and waffle mix. Shake it up to wake up the ingredients or dry whisk with a metal or coated whisk. Then use a measuring cup to scoop out product and strike off level in the measuring cup.
- Let batter sit for 4 – 5 minutes before using it will thicken if you think it is too runny.
- If you wish to add extra vanilla, add 1 teaspoon at a time. (Powdered vanilla is part of the dry mix) listed as a natural ingredient.
- Lightly spray of brush on oil to griddle or pan before you pre-heat. Make sure your pan or waffle iron is hot, sprinkle a bit of water on the griddle if it steams or spits back it is ready for your batter, fill pan ¾ full or a bit less.
